Tuesday, February 17, 2015. I've had more morning lows than I care to count. When I have a low in the middle of the night it usually wakes me up. I don't know what it is that wakes me but I'm so grateful that my body recognizes the low enough to rouse consciousness and alert me to the situation. I stumble around in the dark and get some glucose in then usually just crash back into bed. Lows always suck. But lows in the morning. those are the worst! Sunday, November 2, 2014.
