Mix Sprite Soy Sauce and Garlic together and marinade chicken for 24 hours.BBQ chicken as normal, brushing chicken with marinade when flipped. Jeudi 3 septembre 2009. Risotto au safran, courgettes et parmesan. 200 gr. de riz rond. 1 cube de bouillon de poule. 1 cube de bouillon de légumes. 1 petit sachet de safran. Gruyère râpé et/ou parmesan. Faire revenir le riz dans du beurre ou de l'huile d'olive jusqu'à ce qu'il soit presque transparent. Puis ajouter l'oignon émincé et les courgettes coupées en dés. Ajouter le bouillon préparé au préalable avec un cube de bouillon de poule et un cube de bouillon de légumes dans 1 litre d'eau bouillante.

Pour la pâte brisée:. 150 g de farine. 1 petite c.c. de sel. 50 g de beurre fondu. 1/4 de verre d'eau chaude. 2 gousses d'ail hâchées (j'ai pris de l'ail en semoule plus digeste). 500 g de boeuf hâché (vous pouvez aussi vous servir de vos restes de viande d'un précédent repas). 30 ml de farine. 375 ml de bouillon de boeuf. 75 ml de sauce tomate. 1 cc de romarin frais hâché ou 1/2 c.c. de romarin séché. Sel, poivre du moulin.
