Muffins alla banana e cioccolato. Ingredienti per 12 muffins:. 200 gr gocce di cioccolato. 1/2 bustina di lievito vanigliato. 1 pizzico di sale. Sbattere con il robot da cucina o frusta elettrica il burro con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea. Aggiungere una alla volta le uova amalgamando di volta in volta, poi aggiungere le banane schiacciate. Accendere il forno a 180 ° C. Torta di scarola, capperi e uvetta. Ingredienti per 4-6 persone:. 1 rotolo di pasta brisè o pasta di pane (a scelta). 2 cespi di insalata scarola. 2 filetti di acciuga. Olio extra vergine d'oliva. 1 manciata di olive nere. 1 cucchiaio di uvetta sultanina. 1 cucchiaio di pinoli. Mettere l'uvetta in un bicchiere con acqua tiepida. Lavare e mondare l'insalata accuratamente. Tagliarla a strisce sottili, salare e metter a stufare in una padella con 4-5 cucchiai d'olio, l'aglio e i filetti di acciuga.

Confettura di lamponi e aceto balsamico. Ingredienti: 375 g di lamponi. 250 g zucchero semolato. 1-2 cucchiaini di aceto balsamico invecchiato. In un pentolino di acciaio o rame mettere i lamponi con lo zucchero e 2 cucchiaini di acqua. Lasciar cuocere per 15-20 minuti mescolando e schiacciando i lamponi.
