Livin' the Good Life. Wednesday, September 18, 2013. My dad has been getting notes from people who worked with him. My mom has been passing them my way. Many of them remind him of how he likes to say, "People are more important than money, or schedules, or things." So true. I remember pulling up to his house with him and my kids from somewhere. Livin' the Good Life. Monday, August 26, 2013. This summer has been one of the most fun I can remember. Playing outside when the weather is good is addicting. We have made mud puddles, grown some plants we haven't tried before, and played with friends in the sand box. To say the least, we've enjoyed it. We're kind of sad school started today since we've enjoyed the Kindergarten playground at the school by our house all summer. Time seems to be racing on despite my protests. Livin' the Good Life. Monday, February 25, 2013. The thing that kept me going this last week was the fact that my garden seeds are ordered and now all the weather has to do is turn warmer. I also never thought I would try another mail order plant after a 50% survival rate last year, but hey, when I can get thornless raspberry plants. And not have to spend any extra than I already was (thanks to online coupons), then why not? I would grow grapefruit in my own yard if I could. Favorite Grocery Deals Site.

Livin' the Good Life. Wednesday, August 22, 2012. In the midst of canning and raising a 2-year-old who suddenly thinks that things like Vaseline and soap are a good medium for finger painting on everything (i.e. the TV, the carpet, the dirty laundry, etc.), Mr. B turned one. No bias here.). Some fun things to remember about Mr. B:. He says a few words like banana, dad, mom, and a "j" sound for Miss J. He's mostly walking, but still like a drunken sailor. Sunday, January 8, 2012. Wait, January is already into it's second week! This last week and weekend have been spent at home, relaxing and doing little projects around the house. Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Busy busy, and hard to believe we went from t-shirts and no jackets, almost 70 degrees one week to several inches of snow the following! No worries, the boys enjoy it all. :) I do, however, prefer the days I can send them out to the backyard to run around and burn off some of that excess energy that strong, healthy, perfect little boys tend to have. :) Beautiful babies, the pictures speak for themselves!
