Monday, May 16, 2011. Best Thai in Toronto? Sukhothai * * (out of 5). 274 Parliament St.,. Toronto, ON M5A 3A4. Oh Sukhothai, I was not a believer. I didn't think your service could ever improve beyond abominable and was loathe to return even though your food was good. Imagine, a kind, quiet, helpful middle-aged gentleman calmly and politely taking your order with no fuss, within a reasonable amount of time and getting it all right the first time around. Service was honestly *impeccable*!
