We left Galle on the train and headed south to Matara for one day and night in order to catch the early bus the next morning to Ella. We visited the markets and walked along the beach, until we found a place to stay. They reuse old school papers and make bags out of them.we could learn something about the reusable factor! Off to the mountain town of Ella next! Love love lova ya!

Starting and ending in the low countries, we explore The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, and Belgium. On a speedy three week whirlwind tour! We found ourselves again in the land of good. People. On top of exploring many new sights and sounds ourselves, the trip was much more entertaining having our friend with us, for the first 10 days, who was experiencing Europe for the first time. HEY all sorry for the delay we have been moving about alot….We are NOW in Chiangmai, Thialand and will try to catch up on all before we head out of the city tomorrow! Images and thoughts from the road……It really is a small world after all! Kuala Lumpur- Frogs, Fish & Fruit. We took a flight to KL, Malaysia from Sri Lanka. We spent a few days in KL sight seeing and enjoying a modern city…which we hadn’t realized we had missed until we got there. We stayed in a nice hotel with a/c, hot water real bed with a box spring, and even a TV with some english channels. We were in heaven. We felt like new people. View from our hotel room. China town for cheap but tasty dinner!

Nam Thueun river from bridge. Tuk Tuk and fruit cart. We are a few days behind on tghe blog…harder to keep up with being very busy seeing things and the internet is soooo slow here.
