Caring for the Caregiver is an 8 week collaborative course with Hawaii Autism Foundation and the YMCA developed for the whole family. Parents attend a 1 hour support group and then exercise for 1 hour while their children with autism and their siblings learn how to swim under the supervision of autism professionals and life guards.
