There has been a personal project I have been dying to get started on for a while now – creating stylised vector illustrations of all the sneakers the wife and I own (we have quite an impressive and colourful collection). I’m not entirely sure what I’m going to do with these illustrations when they are finished. Create a large montage of the entire collection? Create individual montages defined by type, colour, brand or sub-brand? Too many questions. Who knows? Click here to cancel reply. Hello, my name ...

Weekly Movie Moan :: Jonathan Robertson – Graphic Designer and Illustrator

Olympics is over, time to start watching films again. Well, until the new season of dramas start. Monday – Panic Button. Friday – Killer Elite. On a separate note, Clive Owen should’ve been Bond. Friday – The 40 Year Old Virgin. The funniest comedy, ever. No arguments, this is the funniest. Steve Carrell is brilliant (as are all the other actors) but Seth Rogan and Paul Rudd steal the show for me. An hilarious double act. Never tire of watching this film. Saturday – Truth of Dare. Saturday – Faster.

Smashed up BMW Z4 on the corner of Oldham Street and Hilton Street in Manchester (right outside Forbidden Planet). Judging by the damage I can only imagine it got hit by a bus. No one appeared to injured though. In fact, the driver was nonchalantly chatting to the police while suppin’ on a coffee. Click here to cancel reply. Mail (will not be published) (required). Everyone loves stickers. Ok, I know I do. I loved collecting them when I was a kid and I’ve not stopped collecting them ever since. I have numerous books about stickers and I’m always on the look out for new ones – stickers and sticker books. For some people, collecting stickers and photographing them can be an obsession. I know one particular guy who is documenting football fan stickers. Click here to cancel reply. Mail (will not be published) (required). St George’s Street. Other People's Work.
