Eli was blessed on July 26. Because we ended up doing it the Sunday after the family reunion. There were still lots of people from my mom's family in town! Almost all of my aunts and uncles from here side were able to bring their families. We felt so blessed to have so many people there to love and support Eli! We were not very early, but thankfully some of the family had showed up and saved a couple pews. It was such a sweet experience. I am so grateful that Tyler holds the priesthood. 2 months of Eli.

I was bad this time around, and did all of my baby prep (nursery, washing clothes, packing hospital bag) back at like 30 weeks. That leaves me with nothing to do for the next four weeks but wait. Our little puppy duppy passed away. We believe he had a stroke, followed by around 48 hours of seizures before he finally stopped breathing. Zap was my first dog. He was born in 2003, in a litter of two puppies. His mom was my aunt Anne's dog, and we just adored her little puppies. After visiting one night, she 'snuck' the dog out under my jacket.
