Over the road drivers are paid based on mileage. City Drivers will be paid an hourly rate. Solo drivers have the opportunity to earn $50,000 annually. Teams can earn $75,000 a year. Mileage based on paid practical miles using PC Miler Practical Routing Version 25. Increases are given every 6 months after 6 months of continuous employment. Hazmat Pay: An additional .05 cpm is paid when a driver is hauling a Hazmat load. Detention Pay: Normally paid $12.75 per hour after 2 hours. I am an owner operator.
