The steamed rolls (filled or unfilled) freeze really well. Chinese Bread (Bao Dough). Makes 24 rolls (unfilled). Dry yeast (2 1/4 t). Sift together flour, salt, and 1/4 c sugar. I've made it hundreds of times and I always get asked for the recipe. So here it is. Brownie mix for 9x13 pan. For 2012, I want to focus on the "do more" declarations. What do I want to "do more" of in 2012? Dance (even if there's no music). Make time for friends and family. Walk in the grass barefoot. Make kitchen messes, and let the kids help. Take walks with my children. Let go and have fun. Visit museums of all kinds. Dig in the dirt.
