You hear the thumbing of your heart beat and feel the heat around you face that's coming from the burning feeling from the heart? Too difficult to explain. I'll blame it on the pre-menses emotions and having all those words stuck at the throat. Breath in and out cause thing isn't as bad as it seemed. It will be over soon.
