At the end they gave out awards. We didn't win anything. It was really quite arbitrary. Tuesday, September 04, 2012. We sent Jack to a BYU football camp this summer. He hated it. You would think it would be exciting to practice and play on the Cougar Stadium field. Evidently not. While Jack practiced I took Hudson and Tristan to EVERY museum on BYU's campus. This was at Thanksgiving Point which is near our house. Mom was visiting and we decided to go on the way home. Friday, April 20, 2012. Knowledge Bowl and general update. Getting a pep talk. Amanda, Tyler and kids came for a visit. Here were are visiting Fireman Brian. She said, "Hey was that you with all those kids on the side of the road the other day? I said, "Yes, that was me.". She said, "That looked awful. I should've stopped. Sorry.". We did have a potty emergency and I called Tristan for some emergency support. He ran up to us and I took Nora and ran home to the bathroom. Wait was she just flattering me?

Wednesday, June 13, 2012. Chocolate Chip Cookies revisited. I feel almost sacrilege posting this. Like I'm violating one of the laws of nature. I mean, why mess with perfection? 3/4 c brown sugar. 3/4 c powdered sugar. 1 c butter (melted). 1 tsp baking soda. 1 pkg chocolate chips. Preheat to 365. Cream sugars with butter. Sunday, December 30, 2012. Since Christmas is over, I thought I'd post a Halloween picture. Ok, I don't clear out the camera very often. Jack was a motocross guy. I was relieved because originally he wanted to be MC Hammer and I was stressed about making the costume with no pattern. He was insisting on a gold, double-breasted jacket. Tristan is bacon. Duh. Monday, December 31, 2012. Last month we were finally able to have Jack's baptism. It seems like Brian always worked on the stake baptism weekends and our stake is not really into letting you have your own baptism. Since Amy was coming for Thanksgiving I got special permission to do our own. I gave Amy. The privilege of giving the talk. She has to practice her baptism speech anyway, now that she's primary president. I thought they must have been joking. What's it filling with? And you know what?

Hello and snowy greetings. the meeting was held on Saturday December 13th and the incumbents were reelected, with the new member being Gene Marcum, our resident metalworks specialist and general all around good guy.
