Tisdag 11 augusti 2015. Jetlag men ändå toppendag. Bra energi, inte hungrig bara glad. Middag bestod av grillad lax på sallad av banyspenat, blancherade sparris och sockerärter, Avocado, lite riven parmesan, olivolja och pressad citron samt lite rostade pumpakärnor för knaprighet. Najtnajt! Måndag 10 augusti 2015. Druckit mycket vatten som jag ska och kvällsmat bestod av matjessill, tre nypotatisar och gräddfil. Känner mig peppad, på G och målfokuserad. Bra start!
