https://tonightatnoon.wordpress.com/2011/08
Archive for August, 2011. I have been meaning to blog, I promise. Its just sometimes life gets in the way of sitting and typing out a random stream of words. I think I have been busy doing stuff, its hard to remember. Muggy summer weather does something funny to me, and I loose the ability to think, to work, […]. A lovely waste of time. April | 2011 | tonight at noon
https://tonightatnoon.wordpress.com/2011/04
Archive for April, 2011. A year in books – March. Oh dear. Oh dear oh dear oh dear. March was an abysmal month for reading. I can only blame it on one thing, having to read the telly. You see, this month I got hooked on Spiral and The Killing, two crime TV programmes which require me to read subtitles, or learn French and Danish. […]. A lovely waste of time. and I feel so alive… | tonight at noon
https://tonightatnoon.wordpress.com/2012/05/23/and-i-feel-so-alive
And I feel so alive…. Unless you live under a rock, or in deepest, darkest Peru, you can’t have failed to notice the sun. It’s up there, in the sky, making everything toasty and bright. After months of gloom, everything is screaming for the sun. We did have that lovely week in March (sandals in March, whodathunkit? And so I sit in the sun. Which my skin and soul craves. And it’s another reminder of why I must go away next January. Another summer in wintertime is what I need. Feed for this Entry. You are ...

The Fear | tonight at noon
https://tonightatnoon.wordpress.com/2012/05/29/the-fear
And I feel so alive…. Sometimes though, I just collapse in a heap. If my heap can collapse with a good book, in the sun and preferavbly near a river, all the better. This is how my last weekend was spent…. No Responses Yet to “The Fear”. Feed for this Entry. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. December | 2011 | tonight at noon
https://tonightatnoon.wordpress.com/2011/12
Archive for December, 2011. Oh dear, and I had such high hopes for my little part of the worldwideweb. As it is, my blog is seriously malnourished, only just about managing to survive on the tidbits I rarely throw at it. I always start a diary with the intention of writing in it each day, and by May I […]. A lovely waste of time. My Parents Were Awesome. Pacing the Panic Room. Step away from the computer. September | 2011 | tonight at noon
https://tonightatnoon.wordpress.com/2011/09
Archive for September, 2011. I have become the friend that organises things. I’m not an organising sort of person, but I seem to be the one who has everyone’s mobile numbers. Also, I like to go out. Chatting with a London friend, she assumed it was easier for people to get together in the country. It really is just […]. A lovely waste of time. My Parents Were Awesome. Pacing the Panic Room. https://tonightatnoon.wordpress.com/2012/09
Archive for September, 2012. I’ve just written a long blogpost about the benefits of backing up iPhones, updating the software and what a great housesitter I make. But then I pressed something and lost the whole fucking thing. And I’m going out in an hour and have only painted the fingernails neon pink on one hand and I have […]. A lovely waste of time. June | 2011 | tonight at noon
https://tonightatnoon.wordpress.com/2011/06
Archive for June, 2011. My latest addiction – pinterest. This week I have mostly been eating lemon bars (mine don’t look as nice as the picture), picking them up daintily with fingernails that are covered in (now chipped) grey nail varnish with crosswords and back-to-front words on them. Pinterest is a very dangerous website, which has made me google dixie cups, want to buy […]. This weekend I ate…. a zoo! | tonight at noon
https://tonightatnoon.wordpress.com/2012/09/21/ive-just-writ
Look A ZOO. In Hereford. I mean, how mean are my parents to have never taken me? Why did my school never go there on school trips? Why didn’t I sack off college and go and stare at elephants? Why haven’t I taken my notgodsons there to feed the monkeys? Why haven’t any lions escaped and caused mass panic in Widemarsh Street? Oh Apple, are you teasing me? Are you going to build the fine citizens of Hereford a zoo? But what on earth could you keep in an imaginary zoo? I asked twitter…. Feed for this Entry.
