We are VERY excited to be able to offer a program JUST for the kids. The kids of course are more than welcome in regular classes, but if you've ever been a kid in a sport- well, it's a little easier to be in a group of your peers sometimes! This program is in addition to a regular class- and will provide that "extra" bit of support that kids need! We are very excited and can hardly wait to get started! If you are a junior, or have a junior at home who would be interested- please contact us!

Sundog Agility was established in December of 2014, but not officially starting until January of 2015. It is a combined effort between Amanda Labadie and Cindy Barkley. Sundog was created because there is a great need in our area for somewhere for people to go to have fun with their dogs. Us included! Agility is a fantastic sport, and whether you are getting involved just to do something fun with your pooch, or you want to make it in the big leagues- we hope to be able to offer you something!

Saturday, July 25, 2015. Ash on his way to his first points! It's been getting harder and harder to find things to post about lately :( but I have something happy finally! I traveled with Ash up to Medicine Hat for a dog show yesterday, I only entered him one day as I just wanted to make his first ring experience fun and didn't want him exhausted , especially with the heat we are having. Friday, December 26, 2014. I leave in 2 days for Thunder Bay! Omg that snuck up on me! I have got to get all the dog's meals sorted out, they are both going to different houses , I need to get myself packed, decide what I am wearing to the church, should I wear a different outfit from the one I am wearing to the reception? There will be family pictures taken so I must look nice! I am having my hair done Monday morning as the church is at noon, but I really really need someone to do my makeup seriously!

Monday, October 27, 2014. My goodness this week has been very difficult. We have lost 3 really great dogs, only 1 of which I knew personally , but the other 2 belonged to people who are important to me, therefore I hurt for them. Of course it hits home a bit more strongly for me right now as I myself will be facing that dreaded decision in the next while. I leave you all with the wise words of Dr Seuss. Sunday, August 30, 2015. This morning a bunch of us got together to work on some short marks with the dogs. Andy brought along his start pistol as well to get them used to hearing it too, Lync has heard it before but not for a year. Lync had a habit of just running out and not marking his bumper so we have been working on that. Today he did fantastic , I was very pleased.
