Limoncella, yum! As Spelunker and I have already put in considerable mileage today on our training runs, we pass on the likely 6-mile trail laid by Fossil, Grand Mattress, and AnyC*ck. I took 2 days off from running on Sunday and Monday, but got up at 6am this morning to get a speed workout in. I didn't do anything special except run to the local track and run 4 laps around the track at my fastest possible speed with 90-second breathers in between. I didn't do bad though:.
