It was icy out (and we got hailed on) but it was warm enough to make a snow man and reinforce the snow fort. Adin wanted to go in after a little while but Hannah stayed out so she could eat lots of snow off her gloves. Sunday, December 20, 2009. One Short Sleep Past. One Short Sleep Past . . . November 3, 2010. Ever have one of those days? Yes, I mean one of. Two of my eighth graders were there ordering. I talked to them for a few minutes and then ordered my food. When I got out my wallet to pay, the man behind the counter told me that my meal had already been paid for. I was so touched. We sat and talked for a little while, and then I went back to school to get more work done. I went to bed that night smiling. Thank God for the simple things.

When we travel, we like to find the more unusual tours. Back of the Bike Tours. And traffic was relatively light. This tour takes you away from touristy spots. You eat what locals eat, where they enjoy eating. At the next stop we enjoyed fresh crab. Our guide who helped with the crab. Does it look like everyone was having a good time?
