Thursday, December 22, 2011. It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year. I love all the fun things to do at Christmas time, which starts mid-day Thanksgiving. I have made a real effort to get organized and get things done early so I could enjoy the holidays, stress free. It's worked pretty well, except for one day, just ask Eric. Thursday, June 23, 2011. Avery has thoroughly enjoyed her first preschool experience this spring. Here she is at the end of the year program. The teacher made "diplomas" and cool "caps" for the kids, and she felt honored. :) It was cute to watch. Topped it off with treats, oreos first, of course. We went to the Jelly Belly factory right after we bought the van. I do love a good tour. They had a bunch of artwork, all done in Jelly Belly beans, of course. I'm such a lucky girl. ;). Sunday, May 6, 2012. Worth our very best effort. Today we (Primary workers) got to attend Relief Society (yay) for a lesson on visiting teaching. The lesson was great and one thing that stood out to me most was a quote from President Hinkley. He said that although visiting teaching may seem difficult at times, it just takes a little more faith, and that it was worth our very best efforts! That's paraphrased of course. It's worth our very best efforts! Zach lost his two front teeth and I think it's so cute.

Thursday, May 31, 2012. This past Saturday, Eric's mom got married. It was lovely and we got some nice family pictures. One turned out :). Zach loved having some cousins over to play in the backyard. The kids have been playing soccer and here is an example of Avery's feeling about actually playing in the games, at first. :) Now she's all in. As you see here. Zach ran in his first run, The Dart Frog Dash at the Toledo Zoo. It was pretty cool, and fast a 1K. I almost missed his big finish! Amy Jo and Mike.
