I detest making menus. LOATHE having to come up with dinner everyday. My family, when asked what they want, gives me the same answers everytime. I dunno. I don't care. So to utilize the time I have off I have made a list of things I would like to accmplish while I am home. Monday, March 24, 2008. Happy Easter Everybody. I hope everyone had a nice day. It was beautiful here in Utah. What a wonderful way to Celebrate Easter.
