Prayers Reiki Good thoughts and Blessings. My best friend is going for major spinal surgery tomorrow, and I am very worried for her. She has been almost completely crippled for more than a year, and this is an all or nothing sort of thing. If it works she will be considerably better, if not, she may not walk again, and she has 3 small children at home as a single mom. I am a DONA trained birth doula, who is looking to provide free labour support services in exchange for completing a short review of my services after the birth. I have attended a number of births, previous to beginning my certification process. I trained with the Seattle Midwifery school, and have completed an extensive Breastfeeding support course. Breastfeeding support and encouragement, as well as referrals to community support when needed.

Ingredients for lemon pepper butter:. 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind. Three quarters cup of butter. 1 teaspoon crushed and fried garlic. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 2 teaspoons lemon juice. 10 slices plain bread. 5 tablespoons olive oil. 8 ounces tuna steak. Half a teaspoon of salt. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder. Grill tuna for 3 minutes on each side.
