Saturday, February 25, 2012. After such a snowy winter last year Abby and Mommy too have been a little disappointed. This time around. So far just 2 times have we seen snow and both times just a dusting. The first time it started around 5 PM. Big flakes that looked pretty promising. Check out the big fluffy flakes. They were covering pretty fast. Abby with her magnifying glass checking out the snowflakes. Checking out the snow in her hair. Funny the camera. Did not pick it up. Wearing the new snowpant.

Saturday, July 30, 2011. Williamsburg and old BFF. From Junior High facebooked. Us to let us know she would be in town for a family reunion. We had not seen each other for at least 30 years! Their reunion was being held in Williamsburg. VA Abby and I met my BFF. And her family for dinner one evening. We were a little early so we walked around a bit and took some pictures in the historic area. I think this is a Bull maybe? Abby wasn't sure but thought he looked a little silly. Then we found some sheep.

Thursday, April 21, 2011. They are calling it the Historic April 16 th. Storms. Big storms with tornado's. Damage to multiple states. They had been saying for several days there were severe storms headed our way for Saturday April 16 th. Mom and I even discussed the safest place for Abby and I to go in our new home should the need arise. Of course. 3 tornado around 7:00 PMish. Tuesday, September 06, 2011. My Abba started a new school/ child care center today. It was a tough decision for Mommy, She had been at her prior child care center since she was around 19 or 20 months old. We loved it there and I felt really comfortable with her there. Unfortunately though per her late BD. She missed the cut off for kindergarten this year. So if she had stayed at the prior child care center she would have had to repeat the pre. When I picked her up. They don't nap in the Kindergarten.

Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Abby and Mommy had a wonderful Easter. We headed off to a friends church for an Easter. In church before the hunt listening to the Easter story. The kids took turns opening eggs that each held something symbolic and part of the story. Abby found a ton of eggs and candy. We went back to that church the next day for Sunday service :). Abby and Mackenzie. BFF's. Since they were babies:). After the egg hunt they decorated Easter cookies. I love how kid oriented this church is :0.

Thursday, March 08, 2012. Abby made her own Tinkerbell outfit all by herself! Mommy was impressed by her creativity and talent! Look at her details :). She even added a size tag :). Wednesday, August 31, 2011. We made it through Irene. Thankfully she was not as bad as predicted for our area anyway. Not sure she was truly even a hurricane. Even then still probably just tropical storm strength. The winds were loud though and enough too make you know that anything stronger would truly be scary. Monday, June 04, 2012. Mommy learned about this Fairy Garden Contest on this cool blog The Magic Onions. I just knew we had to make one. My girl is all about fairies :) It has been a work in progress an the pictures are out of order. Blogger seems to have changed while Mommy was away. Below the finished product! We even added a little light so the fairies could continue to have fun after dark :). We love the little cubby. The moss layer makes it a soft perfect place for a fairy or two to take a nap :).
