And her adventures in knitting, crocheting, sewing, reading and gardening. Friday, February 06, 2015. Finally finished a shawl for the Elders. It's from donated squares from the ladies at NAS and a few of my squares. Finished width was 22", finished length 76". Big, but enough to wrap around a larger person if need be. Also can be doubled up for a lap blanket. Next time I will add an extra row of granny squares and less on the length. Very nice, Mariella. What color is your shawl? Fontana, So Calif.

Just another WordPress.com weblog. May 20, 2008. American Sewing Guild is 30. I found a pattern for an outfit that I want to make for the ASG pattern day. I have to find the perfect material but it is not in my stash so I am going to have to go to the sales at Joanns and Hancock this month to find the perfect fabric to make th outfits. It will be fun filled week with classes, renewing friendships with friends that I met at the ASG conference in Sacrmento last year and and making some new friends too.
