Tuesday, October 14, 2008. Problem: Togo needs solar but lacks access to tools materials and hardware. Furthermore the existing T, M and H are not suited to use in Africa; rather they are designed for a disposable consumer society with instant access to retail and repair. Mission: To design tools that meet the specific needs of solar entrepreneurs in Africa. These tools will be rugged and easily serviceable, and will range in cost from simple mechanically powered tools to lithium ion battery tools.

Wednesday, December 3, 2008. Thanksgivin'. good times. Gave thanks with my family and my best friend's family together. Listened to our grandparents stories. Found out triptofan doesnt actually make you tired. Went to Philadelphia museum of art for art and live jazz. Went to some friends shows at coffee joints. Monday, November 17, 2008. Pink Rides is a community bike program for students at the Rhode Island School of Design. It is under the umbrella. A student run organization meant to facilitate conversation action and community for cyclists in and around the RISD campus. Currently Pink Rides is in its BETA stage.
