Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Our almost 8 month old helping us in the garden. Luckily there were no mosquitoes! Does anyone know why this romaine lettuce plant decided to reach for the stars? Thank you Tonya for helping me load this up from someone's curbside trash. One man's trash is another man's treasure (black gold in this case). Our poor peas and snap peas were all growing together so. Ben made them some poles to climb and we attached them with twisty ties. Our little harvest so far: Beans and a few peas.
