July 19, 2015. My life has changed 100%. It’s like a dream , a dream come true. I had a handsome little boy, Nolan Clarence McGuire. On April 26th 2015. He’s such a good easy baby. Fusses a little, that’s it! I am excited and honored that I get to be there for him and watch him grow into a handsome man on day.

RECIPES: Shrimp Lo Mein. July 14, 2015. July 14, 2015. I kinda made this up as I went along and it turned out pretty awesome, I think. Earlier in the day, I had visited my favorite farmer’s market where I picked up a ton of fresh veggies and seafood. I was inspired to make this for dinner when I came across the noodles. Half a medium onion sliced thin. 4 cloves of garlic (minced). Half pound of medium sized raw shrimp (peeled). Half cup of sliced mushrooms sliced in 1/4″ thickness. 2 tbsp of olive oil.

Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Master Cleanse Bliss Part 2. This is day 5 for me. It's 10:30 am and I'm doing pretty good. I'm really keeping close in mind the amazing difference in my health that this cleanse can make.
