This was super easy and totally yummy! 1 cup butter, softened. 2 cups buttermilk or 2 cups milk plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 teaspoons baking soda. Sweet Pulled Pork Burrito with Cilantro Lime Rice, Cilantro Ranch and Homemade Tortillas. I made this for Easter this year and it was amazing! We were missing Cafe Rio so I found these copy cat recipes! 2 pounds pork (we use boneless pork rib meat). 1 c brown sugar.
