The trials and tribulations of learning to put down the fork. Friday, June 20, 2008. Que the sad music - 196.7. That's a gain of 1.1 lbs. It's all water weight though. That's all, nothing but water, a good cry will take care of that :(. In all seriousness though, I'm not why I gained. I did better diet/exercise wise than I did last week, so if anything I should have at least stayed the same. The only thing I can think of is that I'm having some mild. Problems, which probably isn't helping in the least.

I lost focus this week and I had PMS and so I gained all three lbs. back :( Whatever happens though I'm determined to not let myself keep repeating the same unhealthy patterns. I am going to weigh myself every week regardless of how "well" I think I've done the previous week, just to make sure I keep myself on track. October 15, 2008 at 8:55 AM.

Monday, April 27, 2009. My doctor and I decided to add a new medication to my cabinet of psychotropic drugs (well there was only 1, now there's 2). And I actually can already feel the effects of this stuff. I feel the energy and the drive to be more productive. That's a good thing. I just feel like a crazy person though, I mean, who needs. Thursday, April 2, 2009. I'm back and at it again. I started yesterday. I'm still calorie counting, but I'm schedule eating. I try and make each meal 200 calories or less so that when dinner time comes, I can have a normal meal. Breakfast - Yogurt - 100 cals. Lunch - Salad 150 cals. Snack - popcorn 100 cals. I go here a lot.
