Random thoughts of a working mom. Ex-cuse Me, Is This Seat Taken? So–Let’s talk about EX’s! OH yeah…we love to do it. We all have them. Some we carry good nostalgic memories of, some we would like to carry away in a bag with duct tape and a shovel! So I decided when I walked out–I did just that….GONE BABY GONE. So…a long time friend of mine was killed this week in a car crash (not his fault, some jack ass driving erratically and ran him off the road). Did I go to the funeral? Thursday, May 8, 2014. This is a very easy to make recipe that is both delicious and nutritious. I mainly follow the recipe on the box but instead of water, I like to use chicken broth. 2 cups chicken broth. Place quinoa and broth in a 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil.
