Thursday, May 8, 2014. This is a very easy to make recipe that is both delicious and nutritious. I mainly follow the recipe on the box but instead of water, I like to use chicken broth. 2 cups chicken broth. Place quinoa and broth in a 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil.
