The tale of how Sebastian came to be diagnosed and his adventures documented. So here goes…. Our beautiful baby boy, Sebastian, was finally born on the 17th December 2011 after a wonderful pregnancy and it was the best feeling in the world. Long awaited. What a Christmas present! What will I do without him? Our hearts was breaking. Broken.
