Granted custody forever of our new son! March 17, 2014. Endale is in our arms forever! December 9, 2013. Received PAIR letter in the mail. Sent it to Washington D.C. to be authenticated. December 5, 2013. Received email stating the investigation is complete. November 26, 2013. First court date with birth mother.

Assemble International Dossier for Ethiopia. International Dossier authenticated in Washington D.C. Accept Referral of our baby boy. PAIR letter submitted to Ethiopia. Embassy issues PAIR approval letter. Approval Letter Authenticated in Washington D.C. Court issues first court date for birthmother. We go to court.
