He had her for the 2nd grade and she moved up to 3rd this year. I am very thankful for that and he also has alot of his old classmates in his class. Ative shows they hav...

Brazenly Broken: Messy yet Blessed Barksdale Life : July 2015
http://thebarkys.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Brazenly Broken: Messy yet Blessed Barksdale Life. Thursday, July 30, 2015. Purpose in this Path. July has been tough. Not wanting to wish the days away. Trying to savor all the time I can with the kids. Hudson is almost 4. He actually turns 4 on August 7th. I haven't even planned a party yet. Oops. Evie starts 1st grade next month. Where is the time going? July has been tough because I long to hold onto these days with the kids. I struggle because I know the Lord is teaching me things in this journey.

Brazenly Broken: Messy yet Blessed Barksdale Life. Thursday, May 21, 2015. When 2 becomes 3 and 4 becomes 5. What will life look like when 2 turns to 3 and 4 turns to 5? Will I be able to n...

Brazenly Broken: Messy yet Blessed Barksdale Life : Breaking the Silence
http://thebarkys.blogspot.com/2014/11/breaking-silence.html
Brazenly Broken: Messy yet Blessed Barksdale Life. Saturday, November 15, 2014. Looking back, as I find myself still in part of the "waiting season", I smile because I see the Lord ordained this time. During these last couple months I have had time to stop and think and really press into the Lord. Ive had alot of questions like, " Why have we hit this bump? How long will this last? When will I get to hold my baby boy? Would he be scared or mad when we came to bring him home? Was this what was best? This ...
