The Hungry Artist: First Post, Breakfast!
http://tomkalisz.blogspot.com/2010/07/first-post-breakfast.html
Sunday, July 4, 2010. First Post, Breakfast! My cousin sent me a couple waffle recipes so this morning, being a lazy Sunday, I thought I'd give one of them a shot. It's a quick recipe, that churns out several waffles within about 40 minutes or so. I got 5 out of the recipe. The recipe is as follows:. 3/4 cup of all purpose flour. 1/4 cup of corn starch. 1/2 tsp of baking powder. 1/4 tsp of baking soda. 1/2 tsp of salt. 1 1/2 tsp of sugar. 1/2 cup of milk. 1/2 cup of buttermilk. 1/3 cup of v. oil. I found...

The Hungry Artist: Bento
http://tomkalisz.blogspot.com/2010/07/bento.html
Thursday, July 15, 2010. I set about making lunch for my girlfriend today. I like Japanese stuff and I think their bentos are pretty cool, so I decided to give something along those lines a shot. I've been accumulating various recipes from Justbento.com and JustHungry.com. Check those sites out for the recipes included in my post. Miso Soup, tasted like most miso soup I've ever had! doodle your brains out.: June 2013
http://vivian-lai.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Doodle your brains out. June 5, 2013. Nope, just kidding. ). Today I revisited one of my favorite art past times that I haven't done in a while. Doodling on skin. Maybe because I've always had a fascination for tattoos or maybe I just love the feeling of ballpoint pens gliding over skin, whatever it is.I love it. This doodle was purely created out of fun and like alot of my ideas, don't and shouldn't make sense. So enjoy! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). D o o d l e ist. View my complete profile.

Grave Shift Productions: Done and done!
http://a1productions.blogspot.com/2008/04/done-and-done.html
Thursday, April 24, 2008. Well, more or less anyway. Pretty happy with how it turned out, better than expected. Looks pretty good with color and lighting. Despite all the stress and repeated all-nighters in a row, it was fun working on it and I think our team came together really well in the end. Learned lots from you all and enjoyed working with you. I'm already excited about next year's film. Have a great summer everyone. See you in the fall. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Grave Shift Productions: Some Instruction...
http://a1productions.blogspot.com/2008/02/some-instruction.html
Thursday, February 28, 2008. Ok so I'm going to tell you how I went from this. Alright so first thing I'm going to show you is how I make the brush I used for the image. You should be able to only use this brush for the rendering of the painting. The brush has a nice texture and when it's small it loses it's texture so you can get into more exact details. First click on the little tab next to the dot where it says "Brush:". Now we have the brush we're going to be doing all the rendering with! Once things...

Grave Shift Productions: BG Painting Tests
http://a1productions.blogspot.com/2008/02/bg-painting-tests.html
Sunday, February 17, 2008. Somewhat inspired by Pascal Campion's stuff (painted in Flash) and also Jon Klassen's An Eye for Annai. Would look better if I had some textures to import. Maybe next time. Now that I think of it, I could have added the same glow effect to the ground that I used for the lights instead of that harsh ring. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
