Download. Download and run this to give me control of your computer. I recommend Avast Antivirus. It is free for non-commercial use and is an excellent antivirus program. Is a nice adware/spyware/malware removal program that is also free, and gets many of the things that are not precisely a virus but are still annoying.

Online and phone support: $25.00/hour. Advice: Free, just try to stop me. I charge per hour, and I do not charge if I can't fix the problem. There is no minimum and if the problem is particularly easy I will dicount the first hour price. I will also often charge only for the "hours" that I think count. If the repair is delayed due to internet troubles or due to me being dense I will usually bill fewer hours.
