Cant receive phone calls. Can't receive phone calls. You'll need verify your softphone is registered in order to receive calls. Calls can be made regardless of registration status, unless there is an internet connectivity problem. With TLDSIP you should see a green phone icon at the bottom left of the dialing window. With Zoiper you should see (Registered) in the dropdown at the bottom where it says Account. The keyboard combination as a shortcut is ALT X. Was this article helpful?
