What Does OGM Too Long Mean? When PhoneTree dials, connects and detects a answering machine, PhoneTree will allow the answering machine to start delivering its message up to the amount of time specified in the "setups" of PhoneTree. These can also include non-standard telephone company messages. The default setting for "MAX ANS MACHINE OGM (sec)" is 25 seconds, but you can increase it to 39 seconds to provide more time for the "called answering machine" to complete its message. What Does Bad Name/Phone Mean? The Call Status "Bad Name/Phone" appears for one of the patients on my call list. Was a call made to this patient? This status indicates that the Patient Name and/or Patient Phone fields for this patient were blank on your practice management data file when it was imported into PhoneTree. Whenever either field is blank, PhoneTree will not attempt to call this patient. If you use one of our hosted or cloud-based solutions, you will not be charged for this call.
