What is a Report Ready Email? September 11, 2015 15:56. Reports typically begin running at Midnight of your time zone. The report ready emails are sent out when the report reaches 100% automatically, or has not had any new rates inserted in seven hours. Report Ready Emails are sent to the primary contact and to all emails on the distribution list and contain a link to that days report. The emails also list any alerts on the report for Parity, newly available rates and any changed rates.
