Completing ROE How Many Pay Periods to Show in Block 15C of ROE. Block 15C is the employee's insurable hours and insurable earnings broken down by pay period. You are required to show "1 year 1" which means a full year plus one additional pay period. Use the chart below to see how many pay periods you are required to show on the ROE.
