John was elected to a position within the union an was removed from office in April 2009 and prevented from taking up a seat he was elected too in June 2009. Interpretation of the Rules. John was an eligible candidate in the NEC Election and was able to hold office at the date the election result was announced but he is being denied the right to attend NEC meetings.
