How to Create Simple Paper Flowers | inkling & wit
https://inklingandwit.wordpress.com/2013/06/01/how-to-create-simple-paper-flowers
How to Create Simple Paper Flowers. June 1, 2013. Try these simple paper flowers for a splash of color to brighten up a room. Any paper will work. I printed my own using digital scrapbooking paper files. Doing it this way I was able to mix and match the front and back of the paper so each petal is unique. 2 sided patterned paper. Glue and binder clip, optional. Ball and crinkle up each petal/leaf. This creates texture on the paper and brings life to the petal/leaves. Unfold petals. Is Food an Art Form?

How to Set Target Colors in Photoshop. April 8, 2013. In Design House Digital Events. I’m hosting the April Technique Challenge. For Design House Digital. The concept itself is simple: when you have paper you want to use but the photos and paper clash in color transform your image to black an white. A classy and elegant fix to get a cohesive color scheme. I hope you’re able to follow along. This is one of those concepts that hands on examples far out weigh a digital tutorial! By setting target colors.

Is Food an Art Form? | inkling & wit
https://inklingandwit.wordpress.com/2013/06/20/is-food-an-art-form
Is Food an Art Form? June 20, 2013. I like food. I like trying new flavors and cuisines. I like enjoying a meal with friends and family. I have had some wonderful meals. The kind that leaves someone saying “that chef is an artist.” A master of flavors mixed with science leaving us drooling for more. But is cooking and expression of imagination? What I question is the definition of art. Has the word art become like that infamous 4-letter word? When does creativity become art? June 20, 2013 at 9:30 am.

http://creativedirectiveco.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 14, 2013. The last few weeks I have not posted any new articles, mostly because it takes time to find things that I think are relevant and interesting, not only just to me, but also to the browsers of this blog. Alas, the wait is over and I found a really interesting website that actually inspired me because it is the embodiment of what I think of when I think of support forums for creative minds. In one of the articles under " Featured Artists. Tuesday, January 8, 2013. The Definition of...

Working Together! | inkling & wit
https://inklingandwit.wordpress.com/2013/02/22/working-together
February 22, 2013. I’ve always liked taking the time to work together. The conversations, ideas, and results most often astound me. My most recent collaborative experience for Design House Digital was no different. I was pushed to work with imagery and a concept I would have not approached if not for the collaboration: SPORTS! Collaboration has (most) always been fun for me, but I have the benefit of working on art collaborations. I have found there is a much more balanced or maybe slightly narcissis...
