Wilbraham Court is a not-for-profit organisation, providing supported accommodation for vulnerable adults. It is partially funded by the Joint Commissioning Unit ("JCU"). We support up to 38 males, 22 within the JCU contract and up to 16 service users that have been identified as needing long-term Support. During November 2014 we will be opening a 3rd stage to our service that consists of 11 properties that will be utilised for single males who have been identified as needing a lower level of support.

The primary objective of Wilbraham Court is to offer individuals the opportunity of living in a safe and secure home environment to help them feel they belong and are valued, whilst preparing them for independent living. Provide accommodation and sensitive housing related support for vulnerable adults who are homeless or on the verge of homelessness. Reduce hospital admissions, maximise confidence to carry out daily living skills. Help service user's access other activities within the community.

Upon entering the service each individual is allocated a support worker where needs and risk assessments are compiled. We recognise that each individual's requirements are unique and impact the way they manage their own life and therefore all assessments are tailored and the service user's involvement is paramount.
