This picture depicts Lord Sri Krishna dancing on Kalinga sarpa (snake).During childhood days of Krishna while he was one day playing with his friends.A boll slipped into Yamuna river.None could get that boll back.Because Kalinga (snake) the most poisons snake was in that river.And water was poisoned.Any one who entered that river came back as a dead body. Hoyasala Style of art. Sri Krishna dancing on Kalinga (5 head snake),Naga Kanayas and arch.
