Just another WordPress.com weblog. End of the road. African adventure Part 5 (I think). Is this part 5 or part 6 … I can’t remember … hmmmmm. Well – doesn’t matter really anyway – This is the End. I don’t want to come home …. To wrap up, the last few days have been good. Nothing like Africa, but a definite experience. There was far too much walking around and each night I was beat! I’d say I hoofed it for at least 6 hours (or more) each day. Sure made up for the lack of exercise not surfing!

I haven’t sat on a bus for that long since … well … I don’t think I ever sat on a bus that long! After hearing the bus stories from hell about a certain 17-hour Cambodia trip, I figured it would be ok. The busses look nice, and it’s a night run, so we save both on not having a hotel, and on not paying airfare to get to Dahab. Ipods are a God (allah? Trundle trundle trundle …. I am so on that!
