Saturday, September 24, 2011. The long road home. And I mean long! Well after a few days back in Paris with even less funds than expected (thanks Ryanair). A few light meals of €3 sandwhiches (breaky lunch and dinner), another issue with an airline (Air asia's new "Paris, we sting you money wherever we can" policy on our boards -newly introduced for Paris only flights excess of €20 per board - just another one to dispute on my long list of complaint emails! At least there's waves on the way home though!

Monday, January 16, 2012. 2011 - Not a bad year - final wrap up. Racking up 192 surfs, just a little short on my record for one year (282 in 2005). Yet the time I spent in the water was up, by a long shot! Only working a little more than 6 months of the year, let me spend plenty of time doing what I love most.
