Before leaving, each group should fill one out, sign it, and leave it in the black credenza. See the following post for a sample cleaning list. We currently do not have a cleaning person available for hire. Each group must plan to clean up after themselves before leaving. Roy and Myla share their getaway with their family. If property is damaged, the occupying party needs to consult with their Parent Sib to decide on an appropriate course of action. There are three choices. The occupying descendant may. 1) Fix it themselves (to an acceptable standard),. 2) Pay to have someone fix it, or. If one of these is not, or cannot, be done, then an appropriate amount will be charged the Parent Sibs' account. Meanwhile, Ron will be implementing regular maintenance to Unit 401.

You can either make the beds with the same sheets, or if your travel schedule prohibits this, you can wash your linens, leave them running in the dryer, and make up the beds with other available clean linens. Also, don't forget to launder towels (bath, beach and kitchen) and washcloths. Sweep and damp mop entry. Sweep and damp mop floor. Counters/Stove top (nothing abrasive). No cleansers on stainless steel surfaces).

No Smoking or alcoholic beverage consumption will be tolerated. We also have a strict " NO PETS. Policy. no exceptions. The occupying group is responsible for cleaning and for any damages in the Condo while you are there.
