Either way, this kind of ethic is what makes Snake Dike scarier than most moderate rock routes. In some areas I would have to climb 75 feet between bolts. I took over as the route steepened up. Aaron: "Where do I go? Paul: "See that roof? We're going to head up there, then skirt somewhere right and around toward that large tree.
