A Humble Attempt to Document the Swells on Topsail Island NC and Surf Related News. September 13, 2010. Igor may Become 1st Cat 5 Hurricane of the 2010 Season. Igors strenghtening has leveled off as of 5am this morning 9-13-2010, but forecasts predict the hurricane to continue to strengthen to Cat 5 with sustained winds of 155 mph.
