Monday, February 4, 2013. Long time no post. I make sure I'm in bed for a minimum of 8 to 9 hours each night. I feel so much better. I no longer feel like I have to do things if I am tired. Monday, July 22, 2013. Being over weight on crutches really sucks. I have had to very nice trips. I managed to get down a few pounds. Then I gained it back. Now I've had foot surgery and I feel the weight. I know what you mean-I have (knee) osteoarthritis and a cyst on my knee-pain like you cant believe! I started losing weight because of the constant reminder, but when I got better and could get around without crutches/walker, I started gaining back again! July 28, 2013 at 6:19 PM. Muscle vs. Fat.
