Making Dreams Come True. Wednesday, March 31, 2010. They're getting SO big SO quickly! My first set of Surro twins, Maggie and August, turned 2 1/2 years old March 28! Hard to believe they're already half way through their second year. Talking and carrying on full conversations, counting to ten and beyond, singing their ABCs, have moved on from sippy cups and straws to big kid cups and so so much more! I'm beyond proud of all Maggie and August have accomplished at this point! Hanging out with our Daddy).

Making Dreams Come True. Wednesday, February 17, 2010. 37 Weeks Pregnant and Appts with both Drs. I was called back for vitals first and my BP was 149/98 and I was 8 pounds heavier then last week. Wait. how could I have gained that much when I have NO room for food? The aid standing there looked at me and said "Don't worry Michelle. I canc learly see that 8 pounds is all water weight." Must be the PIH causing swelling and water retention. better be! Nurse Cindy, Huge Preggo, Dr McFarland and Mom To Be).

Making Dreams Come True. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. 31 Weeks Pregnant and Appts with both Drs and Tour Time. Whew! Not only are we 31 weeks today. one week shy of 8 months. but we had a full day of Dr appts, hospital tours, tons of info and a great look at the babies. All in a days work. At 9:15am our appt was scheduled with Dr McFarland (high risk) and we ended up sitting till a little after 10:20am in the waiting room. To kick your ass if you touch my bump! Thursday, October 6, 2016. The last time I blogged was for the transfer of little embie back in August. Because there's so much uncertainty I didn't want to say anything until we knew for sure. So, here's a run down since then. I started doing home pregnancy tests 3 days post transfer. I got faint positives, but wanted to get a positive digital before telling my IFs. On day 5 I got to see that magical word, "pregnant". I squealed and then took a picture and sent it to them. We were definitely pregnant!
